First Post: II Customer Service Executive
The prerequisite is a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance, accounting, business administration, economics, management, or any similar discipline.
Experience: One year of prior banking operation experience as a CSO, CSR, CSE, or in a similar role.
The goal of the job is to raise resource mobilization efforts for the Branch by cross-selling the Bank’s goods and services and to improve customer satisfaction by managing front-line customer service tasks with appropriate care and efficiency.
Workplace: Adama, Chiro
Grade I Branch Manager Position 2
The prerequisite is a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance, accounting, business administration, economics, management, or any similar discipline.
Experience: Seven years of relevant experience in the banking sector, with one year spent as an assistant branch manager, CSM, or relationship manager; or seven years of relevant experience in the banking sector, with at least two of those years spent in a senior officer role overseeing banking operations.
The goal of the job is to achieve sustainable growth and profitability for the bank by managing all aspects of retail banking operations at the designated branch, acquiring and keeping customers, enhancing customer services, and developing strong customer relationships to maximize resource mobilization efforts.

Third Position: Cleaner & Messenger – I
Requirement: Completion of Grade 10th or 12th
Experience: Two and a half years of relevant work.
Age range: 18 to 35
The job’s purpose is to securely deliver packages, documents, written and verbal messages, and other items to the intended recipient or location in a timely and appropriate manner. It also supports the bank’s customer service process by maintaining a clean and appealing work environment for both customers and employees.

Position 4: Female Security Guard I
Requirement: Completion of eighth grade
Experience: two and a half years of relevant military or law enforcement experience
OR
Qualification: Completion of Grades 10 and 12
Four and a half years of experience as a woman looking for a partner
Age range: 25–50
The role’s objective is to support the Bank’s operations by safeguarding the organization’s and its employee’s safety and security and by making sure that a friendly and secure environment is provided for customer service.
