Job Requirements & Responsibilities
📋 Social Risk Management Specialist Senior Level
The specialist will handle social safeguard issues, ensuring the bank’s projects comply with environmental and social risk standards.
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree or B.A. Degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Socioeconomics, or related Social disciplines.
- Focus must be on Environmental and Social Risk Management.
Required Experience:
- For Master’s: 7 Years of general experience.
- For B.A.: 9 Years of general experience.
- Specific Experience: At least 5 years must be in Social Safeguard Issues.
Key Competencies:
- Experience in public consultation, participatory research, and grievance redress mechanisms.
- Knowledge of Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) and economic displacement rehabilitation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of World Bank Environmental & Social Safeguard Policies and IFC Performance Standards.
