Key Responsibilities
The manager will lead business development activities for the IFB segment, including:
- Attracting and deepening financial relationships to meet Interest Free Financing goals.
- Achieving business growth in the IFB market segment.
- Promoting and selling Shari’ah-compliant products.
- Leveraging relationships for customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements & Qualifications
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related field.
- Added Advantage: Diploma/Certificate in Islamic Banking or Finance.
💼 Experience
- Minimum of 6 Years relevant experience in banking.
💡 Technical Competencies
- In-depth understanding of IFB Operations (Deposits & Investments).
- Good knowledge of Shari’ah principles and associated risks.
- Strong networking, project management, and sales skills.
