1. Branch Manager Grade C
A senior leadership role responsible for overseeing branch operations and driving business growth.
- Qualifications: MA/MBA or BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 6.5 years for MA/MBA holders or 8.5 years for BA holders in the banking industry, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
- Work Locations:
- IFB Branches: Dire Dawa, Kombolcha
- Conventional Branch: Gambella
2. Branch Accounts Administrator Grade B (IFB)
Responsible for managing the financial and administrative operations of the branch.
- Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3.5 years in banking operations, with at least 1 year as a Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent.
- Work Location: Dire Dawa IFB Branch
3. Senior Customer Service Specialist
A key role focused on delivering excellent service and handling complex customer inquiries.
- Qualifications: BA in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1.5 years in banking operations, with at least 6 months as a Customer Service Specialist.
