Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of EMwA SE administrative, the driver will be responsible for:
- Driving assigned vehicles safely with strict observance of traffic rules.
- Safely transporting patients/staff to medical centers when required.
- Ensuring proper cleanliness, maintenance, and annual inspection of the vehicle.
- Checking fuel, oil, spare tires, and fire extinguishers regularly.
- Maintaining the vehicle logbook accurately.
- Reporting any incidents or safety problems immediately.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum Grade 8 completion (Grade 10/12/TVET preferred).
- License: Valid 3rd Grade (Level III) Driving License.
- Experience: Minimum 4 Years of relevant professional driving experience (NGO experience preferred).
- Language: Proficiency in local languages of the Benishangul-Gumuz area is desirable.
- Skills: Basic First Aid, knowledge of vehicle mechanics, and familiarity with local roads.
