1. Opportunities for Fresh Graduates (0 Years Experience)

ERC is hiring entry-level candidates for key functional areas. These are the only positions with a 0-year experience requirement.

• Construction Engineer II (Permanent): M.Sc./B.Sc. Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields. (0/2 years experience required).
• Material Engineer II (Permanent): M.Sc./B.Sc. Degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering. (0/2 years experience required).
• Junior Human Resource Officer (Contract): BA Degree in Management, Public Administration, or related fields. (0 years experience required).
• Junior Store Management Officer (Contract): Level I/II or above in Purchasing and Supply Management, Accounting Management, or related fields. (0 years experience required).

2. Massive Recruitment: Drivers & Heavy Equipment Operators (110+ Vacancies)

This is the largest recruitment category! ERC is seeking qualified candidates with the required licenses and 4+ years of experience for over 110 positions. All driver/operator roles are for Contract employment.

Truck Drivers (Large Demand):

• Dump (Sino) Truck Driver (25 vacancies – Truck II or above license).
• Light Vehicle Driver (25 vacancies – Public I, Grade III or above license).
• Concrete Mixer Truck Driver (15 vacancies – Truck II or operating license).
• Cargo Truck Driver (10 vacancies – Truck II driving license or above).
• Water Truck Driver (10 vacancies – Truck (liquid) II driving license or above).
• Fuel Truck Driver (5 vacancies – Truck (liquid) I driving license or above).

Heavy Equipment Operators (High Demand):

• Excavator Operator (15 vacancies – Excavator operating license).
• Wheel Loader Operator (15 vacancies – Wheel Loader operating license).
• Dozer Operator (6 vacancies – Dozer operating license).
• Grader Operator (6 vacancies – Grader operating license).

• Team Leader, Machinery, Equipment & Plant Operation: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Rail/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 6/8 years experience (including 2 years as Expert/Officer IV).
• Senior Human Resource Development Expert: MA/BA in HRM/PA/Management with 4/6 years experience.
• Construction Engineer III: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Architecture/Construction Management/Civil Engineering with 2/4 years experience.

Contract Positions (Select Roles)

• Senior Construction Material Engineer: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Highway/Bridge/Civil Engineering with 5/7 years experience.
• Senior Vehicles and Machinery Technical Inspector: BSc in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or Level IV with 8/10 years experience.
• Senior Auto Mechanic / Senior Auto Electrician: Requiring 6/8 years experience and relevant BSc or Level IV qualification.
• Auto Mechanic (10 vacancies): BSc/Level IV in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering with 4/6 years experience.
• Machinery, Equipment and Plant Maintenance Clerk (5 vacancies): BSc/Level V/IV in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering with 1/2/3 years experience.
• Tire Repair Man I & II (Total 8 vacancies): Requiring 2 to 6 years of experience based on education level.
