Key Responsibilities
🎨 Graphic Design & Visual Communication
- Design professional visual materials: reports, policy briefs, proposals, brochures, and infographics.
- Ensure consistency with Frontieri’s brand identity and style guidelines.
- Format and enhance organizational documents for high-quality publication.
- Translate complex research findings into clear, engaging visual formats.
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready outputs with high accuracy.
📢 Social Media & Content Management
- Plan and schedule content across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop visual/written content aligned with communication strategy.
- Maintain a structured social media content calendar.
- Monitor engagement, trends, and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for website updates and digital campaigns.
Job Requirements
🎓 Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
🛠️ Technical Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite: Strong proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Office Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Digital Tools: Working knowledge of Figma, WordPress, and CMS.
- Design Principles: Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and UI/UX principles.
📅 Experience
Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, digital communication, or social media management.
