Required Qualification: Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Business Management, Public Administration, Engineering or any other related fields

1. Branch Manager G–I. Educational and skill requirements

 

a bachelor’s degree in management, accounting, business administration, banking & finance, or any related discipline.

Experience: Seven years of relevant experience in the banking sector, with one year spent as an assistant branch manager, CSM, or relationship manager; or seven years of relevant experience in the banking sector, with at least two of those years spent in a senior officer role overseeing banking operations.

The goal of the Position

Through cross-selling the bank’s goods and services, attracting and keeping consumers, enhancing customer care, and cultivating strong client relationships to maximize resource mobilization efforts, the bank hopes to grow sustainably and become profitable. It also plans to manage all aspects of retail banking operations at the designated branch.

 

Generic Functions: Create and evaluate the branch’s budgets and work plans, and oversee their implementation;

  • embody the positive corporate culture and image of the bank;
  • Showcase the Bank’s code of conduct, make sure that those in lower positions follow it, and handle any disciplinary issues;
  • contribute to the bank’s earnings in line with the predetermined amount;
  • coach and mentor employees toward successful career development;

 

Particular Duties: Organise and direct the branch workforce’s efficient coordination to improve the branch’s resource mobilization activity;

  • Engage in aggressive marketing and promotional activities by telling clients about the goods and services the bank offers, summarising the branch’s accounts, and strictly monitoring controllable expense
  • Ensure that end-of-business cycle procedures are completed on time and that transactions are authorized immediately.

2. Employee Service and Reward Office expertise and training  Need

A bachelor’s degree in public administration, business management, management, or a related field

Three years of relevant experience, one year of which was spent as an officer.

The goal of the Position

To manage employee benefit services, such as insurance, leaves, safety, health, working conditions, and other employee services, and to increase employee morale and satisfaction among exceptional performers. To inspire employees’ creativity, passion, and interest in their work.

 

Generic Duties: Take part in the creation, assessment, and execution of divisional plans and budgets, policies, and performance reports;

  • fulfill the service level agreement’s requirements for services;
  • contribute to the bank’s earnings in line with the predetermined amount;
  • Participate in transparent, cooperative, and team-oriented work practices;
  • Respect the Bank’s internal control system and risk management initiative.

 

Particular Duties: Participate in creating the bank’s incentive, reward, and benefits program.

  • Provide comprehensive knowledge of all facets of employee service and rewards to maintain a high-performing workplace culture that draws and engages the required talent;
  • Offer employee benefit plans, including insurance, paid time off, safe and healthy working conditions, and other services, and maintain the confidentiality of all records;
  • Gather and aggregate pertinent data to create all-inclusive rewards schemes that are economical and competitive for the bank.

3. Senior Collateral Valuator Qualifications and Experience  Need

B.Sc. in engineering or a similar discipline

Experience: Five years of relevant experience, two of which were spent as officers in the banking industry.

Goal of the Position:

To enable the Bank’s efficient credit decision-making process by guaranteeing the accurate and equitable appraisal of assets pledged as collateral and subject to internal appraisal protocols for foreclosure

 

Essential Duties: Assist in the creation, application, and evaluation of the bank’s collateral valuation policies and procedures;

See a thorough evaluation of properties through in-person visits;

carries out the appropriate guidelines-based appraisal of buildings and other construction projects for the purpose of foreclosure or collateral.

prepares protocols and formats to make data collection for technical assessment easier;

Make specifications and a bill of quantities for any work that isn’t covered by the guideline;

Create and submit a project status report that includes project financing and properties used as collateral;

Keep an eye out for bylaw modifications to ascertain any impact on properties undergoing appraisals.

examines the area and patterns that may have an impact on the property’s future value;

Manage additional responsibilities as needed.

 

 4. Security Guard – My (Male) Education and Skill  Need

Completed Grades 10 and 12 Experience: two or more years of relevant military or law enforcement experience

Age range: 25–50

 

5. Security Guard: My (female) education and skill  Need

Completed Grades 10 and 12 Experience: two or more years of relevant military or law enforcement experience

Age range: 25–50

The role’s objective is to support the Bank’s operations by safeguarding the organization’s and its employees’ safety and security and by making sure that a friendly and secure environment is provided for customer service.

 

General Duties: Guarding the area, keeping it secure, and making sure that buildings and property are protected

  • safeguarding the business’s assets from fire, theft, assault, and other hazards
  • Report any shady actions or activities.
  • carries out additional relevant tasks as given.

 

Particular Purposes: Prevent inventory losses by reporting damaged property, missing items, and inconsistencies.

  • When using radio or other communication devices, communicate clearly and succinctly.
  • Write up daily activity, observation, and incident reports.
  • Watch the entry and exit to deter theft and guarantee workplace safety.
  • Manage additional responsibilities as needed.
