  1. Senior Manager of Performance Evaluation

Where: Addis Ababa

Pay: Compelling

Job Summary: Establishing a high-performance culture and keeping an eye on actions connected to the Bank’s performance management implementation goals are the responsibilities of this role.

knowledge and training  A prerequisite

  • A bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, management, or human resources management, or a similar field.• At least four years of relevant experience, two of which were spent as an officer level I or above.

 

  1. Chief Officer, Hiring and Orientation

Where: Addis Ababa

Job Description: The Principal Officer oversees the entire hiring process, including planning, advertising, sourcing, attracting, scheduling, and interviewing, as well as onboarding and staff deployment across the bank’s various departments and branches based on need. Along with helping different business units, the incumbent sets proper human capital requirements for all talent acquisition procedures.

knowledge and training  A prerequisite

  • A bachelor’s degree in related fields, such as human resource management.

a minimum of five years of relevant experience, including one year spent as a senior officer or professional/expert

 

  1. Property and Logistics Management Department Officer of Transportation; Addis Ababa

Pay: Compelling

The job description entails leading the bank’s transportation-related tasks and operations, scheduling regular maintenance and repairs, making sure all drivers and operators have the most recent certifications, lowering the risk of vehicle overloading, and keeping accurate records.
