Position 1: Junior Contract Engineer
Requirements
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract Administration.
- Proficiency in contract administration, negotiation, and interpretation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and disputes.
- Resolve contractual claims
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts,
- Manage contract changes, amendments, and extensions.
- Monitor contract performance and enforce compliance with terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and disputes.
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to support procurement activities.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and quality.

Position 2: Junior Electrical Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Strong foundation in electrical systems, circuits, and design software
Responsibilities:
- Design and Development of Electrical Systems
- Collaborate effectively with architects and professionals from diverse engineering disciplines during the design phase of electrical systems.
- Identify and overcome challenges associated with integrating electrical systems into existing building structures.
- Implement sustainable practices to minimize the environmental impact of energy consumption by electrical systems.
- Attend relevant workshops, conferences, and training programs to stay updated and maintain a high level of expertise in electrical engineering.
- Facilitate productive discussions with team members, architects, and other collaborators to ensure a shared understanding of project requirements.
- Assist the team leader regarding the whole design work.
- Compile and meticulously prepare progress reports, Electrical-related documentation, drawings, and various pertinent documents for thorough submission to the client

Position 3: Junior Sanitary Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Water Resources, Water supply and Environmental Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of sanitation systems, water management, and wastewater treatment.
- Basic understanding of relevant design tools. like. AutoCAD, GIS, Water CAD, Revit
Responsibilities:
- Employ standard software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Water CAD for designing and modeling sanitary systems.
- Foster collaboration with architects and other engineering disciplines during the design phase. •
- Identify and navigate common challenges faced when integrating sanitary systems into existing building structures.
- Thoroughly understand and adhere to local codes and regulations governing sanitary engineering.
- Attend relevant workshops, conferences, and training programs to maintain a high level of expertise.
- Communicate complex sanitary engineering concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate productive discussions with team members, architects, and other collaborators to ensure a shared understanding of project requirements.

- Prepare progress reports, sanitary-related reports, drawings and various documents for submission to the client

Position 4: Resident Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction technology and management or any related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience
- Basic software knowledge includes AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE,
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the project site to ensure that the construction work is being executed according to the design, plans, and specifications
- Act as the main Consultants’ Representative on-site, working closely with contractors, Client representatives to address any issues.
- Prepare quarterly, Monthly and Weekly reports on project progress, quality control measures, site conditions, and any issues encountered during construction.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to assess the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site and that workers have proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Monitor the quality of construction and ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
- Address any on-site technical issues, disputes, or changes in the project design or schedule.
- Provide timely solutions to problems to minimize project delays.
- Ensure that the contractors comply with the terms and conditions of their contracts.
- Conduct final inspections and ensure that all construction work is completed according to the project requirements.

Position 5: Quantity Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 8 years of general experience (experiences both in road and building projects)
- Proven experience as a Quantity Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, review and prepare contractors’ any payment related requests.
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and Bill of Quantity based on drawings and specifications.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to identify materials required and estimate costs.
- Collaborate with Design team leaders, engineers, and other team members to ensure that quantity estimates are aligned with project requirements.
- Review and evaluate Price adjustment documents.
- Maintain accurate records of all cost-related documentation and correspondence.
