Position 1: Guest Experience Host
Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma or Equivalent in Hotel Operation/Management or related fields from a recognized college is required
- Minimum 1 year and above work experience in hotel operations.

Job Description:
- To perform opening and closing duties for RC
- To ensure the smooth operation of the Regency Club Lounge.
- To ensure to monitor guests utilizing the RC
- To be ready to serve guests during day and evening cocktail hours
- To follow up on profile notes of the guests on arrival.
- To assign VIP status.
- To coordinate welcome letters and amenities.
- To conduct main entrance, lobby, guest elevator, corridor and room inspections before guests’ arrival.
- To greet guests upon arrival and determine their accommodation needs.
- To escort VIPs.
- To start the day by checking out the breakfast experience latest at 8:00 am and be in the outlets, events spaces and lobby until breakfast is over.
- To enter GEM notes received from departments and as assigned.
- To prevent guest dissatisfaction, to check if there is a problem at every touch point before our guests experience and complain, to warn the departments for a solution if there is a problem, and to follow the completion of the works.
- To perform periodic inspections to ensure that all property and equipment used by guests are clean, safe and in good working order, while monitoring whether service standards are consistently well followed by well-groomed colleagues.
- To communicate with TL and Manager on dissatisfied guests.
- To help identify sales and marketing opportunities and maximize guest awareness of in-house promotions by communicating it verbally to all guest while interacting.
- To follow up Hotsos and ensure coordination between departments is done to close tasks
- To contact guests who have had closed tasks and ensure they have been attended to satisfactorily.
Position 2: Waiter/Waitress
Qualification:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Hotel & Tourism Management, Hotel operation management and related fields
- COC Certification is mandatory requirement.
- Minimum 1-year work experience in the field or similar positions
- Excellent knowledge of products and services provided by the hotel.

Job Description:
- Seats, takes orders and serves food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures.
- Presents menu, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to restaurant guests.
- Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
- Fully conversant with all aspects of the Micros System.
- Computes bill and accepts payment.
- Performs the function of cashier as required.
- Verifies cash received ensuring only genuine money been collected.
- Verifies all credit cards presented by guest before to validity of the card.
- Strictly adheres to all policies and procedures issued by the Finance with regard to cashiering and cash handling.
Position 3: Hostess
Qualification: Ideally with a relevant degree/diploma/certificate in Hotel Operation/Hotel Management or Related Fields.
- COC Certification is mandatory requirement
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in related operations
- Ability to work with team
- Good interaction with guests
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Description:
- To be familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
- To utilize the outlet, point-of-sales and table assignment system as prescribed.
- To be flexible wherever possible in meeting special requests from guests for specific table assignments or other requests.
- To maintain the entrance area and host/hostess station in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
- To maintain the restaurant’s guest history system.
- To work in a supportive and flexible manner with other employees and other departments.
- To treat all operating equipment and supplies carefully to minimize damage and reduce wastage.
- To take and manage reservations and table assignments as prescribed by the Outlet Manager.
- To follow all telephone usage guidelines, using the guest’s name and standard greetings as prescribed by the Outlet Manager.
- To wish guests “goodbye” as they leave the restaurant, as prescribed by the Outlet Manager.
- To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
