Position 1: Petty Cash Collector
Qualification: College diploma or Level 4 in Accounting and 2 years of relevant work experience.
Major Duties and Responsibilities :- Collect money and give recipient for the payer , handle and manage petty cash as per company regulation ,prepare monthly petty cash report to the designated supervisor.
Position 2: Purchaser
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in purchasing and supplies management or related field and 2/4 years of related work experience.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:- Find reliable suppliers to meet the business requirements for good and materials ,negotiate price , assure required quality and quantity purchased as per request, purchase and deliver it to store person.
Position 3: Accountant
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting and 4 years relevant work experience.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare control ledger
- Reconcile all ledger accounts
- Insure correctness of payments and record
- Prepare petty cash summery
- Prepare bank deposit voucher on daily basis
- Participate in FS preparation ,if need be
- Insure all deductions/additions on payments are done correctly.
- Filling and conducting of vouchers/documents
Position 4: Cost and Budgeting Division Head
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting and 6 years relevant work experience preferably on supervisory level in manufacturing sector.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- plan his division duties
- Establish and implement cost accounting systems
- Analyze costs in accordance to their departments
- Prepare cost of production, expenses and produce ideas to increase efficiency
- Build cost sheet for manufacturing process
- Take the initiatives to Develop property administration policy in collaboration with other departments
- Maintain the value of a property and generate revenue
- Quarterly ,biannually and annually report the trend of revenue and expenditure
- Participate in FS preparation
Position 5: General Accounts Division Head
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting and 6 years relevant work experience preferably on supervisory level in manufacturing sector.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan organize and monitor his /her division duties
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Insure that records are as per chart of accounts
- Insure timely payment of employee salary, government tax utilities and the like
- Follow up collections of receivables and payments
- Prepare accurate and timely FS ( profit and loss statements and cash flow statements)
- Assist in development of annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads to establish financial goals
- Oversee Accounts, payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of venders invoices and payments
- Manage account receivable activities including invoicing, collections and reconciliations of customers accounts
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable and receivable and resolve promptly
- Present financial reports to his immediate boss providing insights and recommendations for decision making.
