• Operation Manager

BA/BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Banking.

• Strategic Planning & Relationship Head
6+ Years Exp Head Office
MA/BA in Management, Economics, or Strategic Management.

• Branch Manager
6+ Years Exp Multiple Cities
BA/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or Banking. Experience in MFI/Banks preferred.

• Sr. Planning & Budgeting Officer
4+ Years Exp Addis Ababa
BA in Economics or Business Administration.

2. Information Technology (IT)

• Senior IT Maintenance Officer
4+ Years Exp
BSc in Computer Science or IT. Experience in hardware/software installation.

• Senior System Supporter Officer
4+ Years Exp
BSc in IT, CS, or Engineering. Experience in system support, Java, Python.

3. Marketing & Call Center

• Call Center (Female Only) Fresh Graduate
Requirement: Grade 10 Completed & Above.
Experience: 0 Years.
Location: Addis Ababa.

• Marketing & Members Relationship Officer
2+ Years Exp
BA in Marketing, Economics, or Management.
