🚨 Important Requirements (CGPA & Experience)
1. Technical Assistants (Fresh Graduates):
- Must have passed the Exit Exam (2015, 2016, 2017 E.C. Graduates).
- Male: CGPA 3.25+
- Female: CGPA 3.00+
- Disability/Emerging Regions: CGPA 2.75+
2. Lecturers (Masters Holders):
- Undergraduate CGPA: Male 3.00+, Female 2.75+.
- Masters CGPA: Male 3.50+, Female 3.35+.
- Thesis: Result must be “Very Good” (B+) or above.
3. Secondary School Teacher (Bedele):
- Must have 5+ years teaching experience in Grades 9-12.
- Professional License is an advantage.
- Age ≤ 45.

General Requirements For Technical Assistants
Technical assistants: Technical assistant applicants should have an undergraduate BA/BSc degree and passed the exit exam (2015, 2016 and 2017 graduates only). Those who graduated before June 2015 E.C. are not required to submit an exit exam result.
Technical assistant applicants CGPA of 3.25 and above for males and 3.00 and above for females, 2.75 and above for persons having physical disabilities and applicants from ’emerging regions and pastoral areas.
For Lecturer/Assistant professors without PhD
Applicants should have an undergraduate degree CGPA of 3.00 and above for males and 2.75 and above for females, 2.5and above for persons having physical disabilities and applicants from emerging regions and pastoral areas; and a masters CGPA of 3.5 and above for males and 3.35 and above for females, 3.15 and above for physically disabled pastoral and emerging region applicants.
Applicants should have thesis result of B+, Very Good or equivalent and above
Environmental Study,
Applicants should have experience of not less than 5 years in teaching in secondary schools [grades 9-12], and a total experience not exceed- ing 15 years.
A candidate with Profes- sional license is privi- leged.
Age shall be less than or equal to 45
For PhD and above
The CGPA should be treated differently
Bedele

Salary: Salary for all positions will be as per the Ethiopian Higher Education Institutions (Government Universities) salary scale.
