Job Summary

Medical Teams International is seeking a Logistics Intern to support supply chain and procurement activities in Addis Ababa. This is an excellent opportunity for high-achieving female graduates to gain hands-on experience in the NGO sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support supply chain activities: planning, sourcing, transport, shipping, and warehousing.
• Assist in procurement processes in accordance with donor policies (transparency, accountability).
• Track vendor contracts and support timely payments.
• Manage asset tracking and monitor inventory conditions.
• Assist in office management needs, including purchasing office supplies.
• Support safety and security tasks as delegated.

Educational Requirements

• Education: BA Degree in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related social science fields.
• Graduation Year: Graduates of 2017 or 2018 E.C. Only.
• GPA: Cumulative GPA of 3.7 and above.
• Gender: Female Applicants Only.

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and Amharic.
• Computer skills: Word processing, spreadsheets (Excel), and databases.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
