Detailed Job Requirements

Engineering & Technical Roles

1. ERP Project Manager

  • Education: BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field. Project Management certification preferred.
  • Experience: 6 years (BSc) or 4 years (MSc) in software engineering/development. Must have 3+ years in ERP project management.

2. Senior Electrical and Automation Officer

  • Education: BSc in Electrical, Automation, or Electromechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in FMCG or high-speed manufacturing (Bottling/Food & Beverage).
  • Location: Hawassa Pepsi, Nefas Silk, or T/Haymanot Factory.

3. Electrical and Automation Section Head

  • Education: BSc in Electrical, Automation, or Electromechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in FMCG maintenance, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Location: Hawassa.

IT & Sales Systems Roles

4. System Administrator & Sales Analyst (SFA)

  • Education: BSc in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or Business Analytics.
  • Experience: 3 years in system admin or sales analytics.
  • Skills: Strong Excel/Power BI skills. Route to Market knowledge is a plus.

5. Field System Support Officers (SFA)

  • Education: BA Degree or Diploma in IT, Marketing, or Business.
  • Experience: 2 years (Degree) or 4 years (Diploma).
  • Requirement: Ability to travel frequently and work in the field.

Management & HR Roles

6. Human Resources Administration Section Head

  • Education: BA in HR Management or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 5 years in HR Admin (FMCG preferred), with 2 years in leadership.

7. General Services Section Head

  • Education: BA in Management, Logistics, or Public Administration.
  • Experience: 5 years in General Services/Admin, with 2 years in supervision. Fleet management training is a plus.

8. Human Resource Officer

  • Education: BA in HR or Business Admin.
  • Experience: 2 years in HR functions.
  • Skills: Knowledge of labor laws and HRIS systems.

9. Building Administration Officer

  • Education: BA Degree in Business Admin/Property Management (3 years exp) OR Diploma (5 years exp).
  • Focus: Property management and facility operations.
