Available Positions

National Airways is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following two roles based at their head office in Addis Ababa.

1. Manager, Flight Operations

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced pilot responsible for overseeing the airline’s flight operations in compliance with all regulations.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in commercial air transport operations.

Reporting To: Deputy General Manager, Operations.
Location: Addis Ababa (Bole Medhanialem, Abyssinia Plaza 9th floor).

2. Liaison Officer

A key corporate role responsible for facilitating communication and managing relationships between various departments and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a liaison or similar corporate role.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
