Job Summary

The Program Assistant will provide high-level administrative and program support to Board Members. Responsibilities include office organization, communications, event management, meeting support, and handling confidential materials.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage Board Members’ calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and documents.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and trainings.
  • Facilitate communication between Board Members and internal/external partners.
  • Maintain efficient filing systems and handle purchase requisitions for office supplies.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in written/spoken English and Amharic.
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Experience in event management and travel coordination.
