• Bachelor’s Degree Holders: 3 Years Experience.

Job Summary
The Program Assistant will provide high-level administrative and program support to Board Members. Responsibilities include office organization, communications, event management, meeting support, and handling confidential materials.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage Board Members’ calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and documents.
- Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and trainings.
- Facilitate communication between Board Members and internal/external partners.
- Maintain efficient filing systems and handle purchase requisitions for office supplies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in written/spoken English and Amharic.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, etc.).
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Experience in event management and travel coordination.
