Detailed Job Descriptions
1. IT Support 50 POSITIONS
Education: BSc Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Experience is an advantage but NOT Mandatory (0 Years).
Competencies:
- Basic computer hardware/software installation.
- Troubleshooting laptops, tablets, and Windows/Android configurations.
- Basic networking and user account management.
Contract: 3 Months (With possibility of extension).
2. Junior Graphics Design Expert I
Education: MA or BA in Computer Science, IT, Media, or related fields.
Experience: 0 years for Masters / 3 years for BA.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Requirement: Must not be a member of a political party.
3. Junior Audio Visual and Media Documentation Expert II
Education: MA or BA in Media Production, Communications, or Information Management.
Experience: 2 years for Masters / 4 years for BA.
Key Skills: Audio-visual editing tools, media documentation, and digital asset management.
4. Database Administrator (DBA)
Education: BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
Experience: 3 years of related experience.
Technical Skills:
- Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL.
- Systems: Windows Server, Linux, VMware.
- Languages: SQL, Java, PHP, or Python.
5. Election Operations Planning Expert
Education: MA or BA in Management, Economics, Law, or Project Management.
Experience: 5 years for Masters / 7 years for BA.
Key Skills: Electoral processes, project planning, security protocols, and budget planning.
6. Senior Human Resources Management Expert
Education: MA or BA in HRM, Management, Public Administration, or related field.
Experience: 7 years for Masters / 8 years for BA (With 4 years in leadership).
Key Skills: Ethiopian Labour Law, HR Metrics, Change Management, and Strategic Thinking.
