1. Manager, District Operations – Dire Dawa District

Education: M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience: 8 years (M.A) or 10 years (B.A) of relevant experience, with at least 3 years as a Branch Manager III or equivalent.

Branches under Hosanna District

2. Branch Manager III: 7/9 years of experience, with 2 years as Branch Manager II.
3. Branch Manager II: 6/8 years of experience, with 2 years as Branch Manager I.

4. Branch Manager I: 4/6 years of experience, with 2 years in a junior managerial role.

Branches under Addis Ababa Districts (East, West, South, North)

5. Branch Manager II: 6/8 years of experience, with 2 years as Branch Manager I.
6. Branch Manager I: 4/6 years of experience, with 2 years in a junior managerial role.

Branches under Mekelle District

Technical Role

12. Senior Auto Mechanic – Head Office (Addis Ababa)

Education: B.A Degree or Diploma in Auto Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: 4 years (Degree) or 6 years (Diploma) of relevant work experience.
