Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) is an international non-profit organization working to eradicate poverty and injustice. We are currently inviting qualified applicants for the position of Grant & Compliance Officer. This is a high-responsibility role offering a competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
The officer will ensure donor funds are managed in accordance with NCA policies. Key duties include:
- Grant Management: Manage donor-funded projects, set up Project IDs in Maconomy, and ensure correct budget allocation.
- Compliance: Review partner agreements and ensure alignment with approved grant matrices and procurement plans.
- Partner Monitoring: Conduct partner monitoring visits and review financial reports.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate donor financial and grant reports.
- Budget Analysis: Provide analysis on variances, spending trends, and pipeline needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
💼 Experience
- Minimum 5 Years of relevant professional experience in grant management, donor compliance, or financial management.
- Experience in an NGO or International Organization is required.
- Experience with ERP systems (Maconomy/PIMS) is an advantage.
