Your Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain effective coordination with key government counterparts (NBE, MoF), state-owned banks, and private banks.

Who We’re Looking For (Selection Criteria)
- Education: A Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in financial stability and broad knowledge of financial inclusion and deepening.

- Proven capacity to engage in and influence policy discussions at a country level.
- Experience designing and implementing lending operations is highly desired.
