Detailed Job Requirements
1. Human Resource and Admin Officer
- Education: BA Degree in HR Management, Public Administration, or Business Management.
- Experience: Minimum 4 Years (Preferably in Construction/Manufacturing), with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, background checks, and onboarding.
- Manage personnel files, payroll inputs, and office equipment.
- Support employee health/safety initiatives and insurance.
- Handle labor inquiries and minor conflicts.
- Location: Bole, Addis Ababa.
2. Project Manager
- Education: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or similar fields.
- Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Construction/Real Estate (3 Years as Project Manager).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure execution within scope/time.
- Organize and manage construction activities from pre-construction to completion.
- Supervise subcontractors and enforce safety protocols.
3. Chief Construction Operation Manager
- Education: BSc/MSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience: Minimum 13-15 Years (with 8-10 years in Senior Management).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Annual Operational Plans.
- Oversee construction teams at Head Office and On-site.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, budget, and timelines.
- Monitor performance of contractors and conduct site inspections.
