Siket Bank is hiring for the following roles at their Head Office. Please review the experience requirements carefully.
1. Junior Audit Follow Up Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
- Role: Overseeing the audit process, ensuring financial operations are error-free, and conducting risk assessments.
2. Customer Service Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Banking (specifically as a Junior Customer Service Officer).
- Role: Analyze customer acceptance data and ensure safe, healthy banking transactions.
3. IFB Auditor (Interest-Free Banking)
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
- Role: Examining and verifying operating systems and internal controls specifically for the IFB department.
4. Senior Customer Experience Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, or Accounting.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years related work experience.
- Role: Improving customer satisfaction, handling complaints, and implementing service standards to enhance the customer journey.
5. Senior Operation Auditor
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Management, or Economics.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of Banking work experience.
- Role: Performing audit activities on banking operations and examining accounting records for compliance.
6. Senior IFB Auditor
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Management, or Economics.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years Banking work experience.
- Role: Evaluating and verifying internal controls and recorded data for Interest-Free Banking activities.
7. Senior Loan Review Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years related work experience.
- Role: Evaluating loans, assessing risk, overseeing the loan portfolio, and following up on delinquent payments.
8. Senior IT Risk Management Officer
- Education: B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related business area.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years related work experience.
- Role: Identifying and managing IT-related risks, leading cyber incident responses, and ensuring IT control effectiveness.
9. Senior Compliance Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Banking, Management, Law (LLB), or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years related work experience.
- Role: Ensuring compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CFT (Combating the Financing of Terrorism) laws.
10. Senior Risk Management Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Banking, Management, or Economics.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years total experience, with at least 2 years in a Risk Management role within banking.
- Role: Managing overall financial and operational risks for the bank.
11. Senior IS System Auditor
- Education: B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or Computer Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years related work experience.
- Role: Verifying operating systems and controls related to IT functions and technology applications.
12. KYC Officer (Know Your Customer)
- Education: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years direct work experience.
- Role: Analyzing customer data to gain insights into behavior and ensuring transaction safety.
13. Manager, IS Audit Service
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years banking experience, with at least 2 years as a Senior IS Audit Service.
- Role: Overseeing the planning and execution of IT-focused audits and managing the audit team.
