Job Summary (Key Duties):
Overseeing day-to-day HR administrative operations, managing employee data, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, ensuring compliance, and conducting thorough assessments for training needs.
2. Disbursement & Collection Team Leader
Educational Requirement:
- BA degree and above in **Accounting**.
Experience:
- 8 years of experience, with at least **2 years as a Senior Accountant.**
Job Summary (Key Duties):
Overseeing all outgoing payments (disbursements) and incoming receipts (collections), managing teams responsible for invoice processing, cash collection, bank reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records related to payables and receivables.
