First position: administrative assistant

Requirements: Bachelor’s or advanced diploma in business administration, marketing, management, accounting and finance, banking and finance, or any related field

One to three years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, is required for experience.

Junior Portfolio Management Officer, Position No. 2

Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, or any similar discipline.

One year of experience in a relevant banking role

The role’s objective is to provide current credit information in order to support the Bank’s efforts to improve the calibre of its loan portfolio and the efficiency of credit decision-making.

Workplace: Addis Ababa

Third Position: Credit Information Specialist

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, management, economics, or a related discipline is required.

Experience: Three and a half years of banking in the credit department, with at least one year spent in the credit information department.

The role’s purpose is to actively take part in the execution of all branding and marketing communication initiatives that are intended to help the bank achieve its goals of raising brand awareness and enhancing its reputation.

Officer of Reward and Employee Services, Position 4

Requirement: Bachelor of Arts in Management, Business Management, Public Administration, or any comparable discipline

Experience: Three years of applicable banking experience, including one year spent as an officer.

The role’s objectives are to manage employee benefit services, such as insurance, leaves, safety, health, working conditions, and other employee services, and to stimulate the workforce, improve the morale and degree of satisfaction of exceptional performers, and foster a culture of appreciation among staff members.

Workplace: Addis Ababa

Customer Service Executive II is the fifth position.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, and associated disciplines.

Work Experience: One year of prior experience operating a bank as a CSO, CSR, CSE, or in a similar role.

The goal of the job is to raise resource mobilisation efforts for the Branch by cross-selling the Bank’s goods and services, and to improve customer satisfaction by managing front-line customer service tasks with appropriate care and efficiency.

Workplace: Aleta Wondo, Jigjiga, Dargie

Senior Portfolio Management Officer, Position No. 6

A bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, economics, finance, business administration, marketing management, or any related discipline is required.

Experience: Two and a half years in an officer role, five and a half years in banking.

The goal of the job is to improve the quality of the bank’s loan portfolio and the efficiency of credit decision-making by making sure that loans are provisioned accurately and that current credit information is accessible to all relevant parties.

Branch Manager, Grade I, Position 7

The prerequisite is a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance, accounting, business administration, economics, management, or any similar discipline.

Experience: Seven years of relevant experience in the banking sector, with one year spent as an assistant branch manager, CSM, or relationship manager; or seven years of relevant experience in the banking sector, with at least two of those years spent in a senior officer role overseeing banking operations.

The goal of the job is to achieve sustainable growth and profitability for the bank by managing all aspects of retail banking operations at the designated branch, acquiring and keeping customers, enhancing customer services, and developing strong customer relationships in order to maximise resource mobilisation efforts.

Position 8: Cashier/Senior Customer Service Representative

The prerequisite is a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance, accounting, business administration, economics, management, or any similar discipline.

Three years of experience operating banks as a CSO, CSR, CSE, or in a position similar to these.

The goal of the job is to raise customer satisfaction by providing front-line customer service with the utmost care and efficiency; additionally, by cross-selling the Bank’s goods and services, the Branch will be able to mobilise more resources.

Workplace: Aleta Wondo, Jigjiga, Dargie

Position 9: messenger and cleaner

Qualifications: Completion of grades 10 and 12

Two and a half years of relevant work experience

Age range: 18 to 35

The job’s purpose is to safely deliver packages, paperwork, verbal and written communications, and other items to their intended location or recipient in a timely and appropriate manner. It also supports the bank’s customer service process by maintaining a clean and appealing work environment for both employees and clients.

Workplace: Adama

Position 10: Male and Female Security Guard I

Requirement: Completion of eighth grade

Experience: two and a half years of relevant military or law enforcement experience

OR

Qualification: Completion of Grades 10 and 12

Four and a half years of experience as a woman looking for a partner

Age range: 25–50

The role’s objective is to support the Bank’s operations by safeguarding the organization’s and its employees’ safety and security and by making sure that a friendly and secure environment is provided for customer service.

Workplace: Ginager (Male); Jigjiga, Meragna (Female).
