Detailed Job Requirements

1. Economic Recovery Community Worker

Role: Responsible for community mobilization, beneficiary identification, and supporting livelihood activities.

Experience: Experience in community development or humanitarian fieldwork is preferred.
Deadline: December 19, 2025.

2. Economic Recovery Assistant

Role: Assist in the implementation of economic recovery projects, including cash transfer and livelihood support.
Experience: Relevant experience in project implementation within an NGO setting.

Deadline: December 19, 2025.

3. Economic Recovery Team Leader

Role: Lead the economic recovery team, oversee project execution, and ensure targets are met.
Experience: Proven experience in team leadership and economic recovery programming.
Deadline: December 19, 2025.

4. Roving Finance Manager

Role: Provide financial oversight and support to multiple field offices. Ensure compliance with donor and DRC regulations.

Education: Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting + Professional Certification.
Experience: Strong background in financial management in the humanitarian sector.
Deadline: December 22, 2025.

5. Country Finance Manager

Role: Senior leadership role responsible for the overall financial health of the country program.
Education: Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting.
Experience: Minimum 7 years experience (5 years in Senior Leadership).

Deadline: December 22, 2025.

6. Humanitarian Disarmament & Peacebuilding (HDP) Coordinator

Role: Lead the HDP portfolio, strategy development, and fundraising.
Experience: 3+ years in Peacebuilding, Mine Action, or Conflict Management.
