Job Description & Key Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will act as a bridge between prospective buyers and their dream properties. Your primary goal is to negotiate high-value deals and manage property portfolios.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and contact potential investors for residential and commercial properties.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify profitable investment areas and housing trends.
- Consultancy: Advise clients on property value, suitability, and long-term appreciation.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell luxury apartments.
- Documentation: Prepare business proposals and ensure all activities adhere to company procedures.
Technical Competencies Required
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate property market value.
