Frontieri Consult PLC, a leading East African consulting firm with offices in Addis Ababa, Juba, Nairobi, and Kampala, is seeking a visionary leader. We are looking for a Director of Strategy and Transformation to drive organizational change and high performance.

Vacancy Summary

Key Responsibilities

The Director will be responsible for four main pillars of the organization:

1. Strategic Leadership

• Lead the implementation of the long-term strategy aligned with industry trends.
• Identify and mitigate strategic risks and ensure business continuity.
• Oversee the execution of the 3-Year Strategic Plan.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and translate insights into actionable opportunities.

2. Organizational Transformation

• Lead digital transformation and operational redesign initiatives.
• Introduce process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Build a culture of innovation across all levels.

3. Performance Excellence

• Manage robust performance management systems with clear KPIs.
• Use data analytics and dashboards to inform executive decisions.
• Promote a high-performance, results-oriented culture.

Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled leader who meets the following criteria:

🎓 Education

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management, or a related field.

💼 Experience

• 8+ Years of overall experience.
• At least 4 Years in a Senior Leadership position (Private Sector preferred).
• Proven track record in driving organizational transformation.
• Familiarity with the Research and Consulting industry is preferred.
