The Ethiopian Airlines Group is pleased to announce the opening of a new position as a GSE/GTV Mechanic II.
After more than 75 years of successful travel, Ethiopian Airlines (Ethiopian) has established itself as the premier aviation group in Africa. Naturally, Ethiopian skin is aging gracefully. The airline has made a name for itself over the years as the industry leader in technology leadership, network expansion, and aviation mentoring. Ethiopian began flying in 1946, operating five C-47 aircraft, and made its first flight to Cairo via Asmara.
Since then, it has expanded rapidly and kept introducing state-of-the-art aviation systems and technology. As a leader in aviation technology, Ethiopia was instrumental in introducing new aircraft to the continent, including the continent’s first jet plane, B767, B777-200LR, B787 Dreamliner, and 787-9. Additionally, Ethiopia took the lead in operating the first Airbus A350 XWB in Africa.
Position: GSE/GTV Mechanic II
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of College Diploma / 10+3 / Level III Certificate Auto Mechanics / Automotive Engine Repair / Automotive Technology or any related field of studies per the new/old curriculum from recognized/TVET/College/institute with a minimum of six years’ relevant experience as Auto Mechanics.
AGE LIMIT: – 18 – 35 YEARS’ OLD INCLUSIVE
: – Auto/2nd grade driving license is Mandatory
LANGUAGE
Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory.
