Job Summary: Lead planning, execution, coordination, and quality control of multi-sector humanitarian programming. Oversee work plans, integrated budgets, compliance, logistics/finance efficiency, and team performance.

- Manage full project cycle; ensure activities align with work plans and budgets.
- Oversee logistics, finance, administration; coordinate regional field presence.

Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of CHS, Sphere, and Red Cross/NGO Code of Conduct.

Position Overview
Programmatic Support: Admin & logistics support (calendars, meetings, files), events/workshops coordination, communications material prep, notes & memos, maintain sub-award documents.
Programmatic Administration
- Arrange travel, advances, expense reporting; track report deadlines; manage document sites and archives.
Technical & Operational Support
- Assist data collection/analysis; support tool/report development; literature scans.
