Detailed Job Requirements
Technical & Support Roles
1. Elevator Technician I
- Education: BSc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma/Level IV (COC Required).
- Experience: 1 Year for BSc / 2 Years for Diploma.
- Location: Head Office.
2. Property Administration Assistant
- Education: BA in Management OR Diploma/Level IV (COC Required).
- Experience: 1 Year for BA / 2 Years for Diploma.
- Location: Head Office.
3. Head, Security Section
- Education: BA in Military Intelligence Management, Management, or History.
- Experience: 2 Years as Security Head OR 10 Years relevant experience.
- Location: Head Office.
Branch Management Roles
4 & 5. Manager, Grade C Branch
- Education: BA in Management or Accounting.
- Experience: 2 Years as Manager (Grade D) OR 9 Years banking experience.
- Locations:
East Addis Ababa (Bole Area)
South West District (Jimma)
6. Manager, Grade A Branch
- Education: MA or BA in Management or Accounting.
- Experience: 1 Year (MA) / 3 Years (BA) as Manager Grade B OR 11 Years banking experience.
- Location: East Addis Ababa (Bole Area).
