Requirements & Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following strict academic and skill criteria:
🎓 Education
- BA Degree in Human Resources, Law (LLB), Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Cumulative GPA: Must be 3.6 and above.
💼 Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to learn donor requirements and grant reporting.
- Willingness to travel to activity implementation regions.
- Knowledge of more than one local language is a plus.
