1. IYCF Supervisor
Role Summary: Ensure the integration of Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) in emergencies with overall Nutrition and Health services.
- Education: BA Degree in Nutrition, Nursing, Public Health, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years professional experience in IYCF. Experience in NGOs is required.
- Key Duty: Coordinate IYCF strategies, provide nutrition education, and enhance health outcomes for mothers and children.
2. Health System Strengthening Officer
Location: Afar Region (Five Angels PHC)
- Education: BSc Degree in Nursing or Health Officer.
- Experience: At least 3 years in PHC; 2 years managing health services operations.
- Key Duty: Ensure quality health care services, perform quality control checks, and support capacity building for clinic staff.
- Language: Fluent in Afar, Amharic, and English.
3. Druggist / Assistant Pharmacist
Location: Benishangul-Gumuz (Ura Refugee Site)
- Education: Diploma or BSc Degree in Pharmacy. Valid professional license required.
- Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Key Duty: Dispense medications, manage pharmaceutical supplies, prevent stockouts, and advise health workers on rational drug use.
4. Nutrition Officer
Role Summary: Ensure quality nutrition services for vulnerable refugee and host populations.
- Education: BSc Degree in Nursing, Health Officer, or Nutrition.
- Experience: At least 3 years working at a PHC; 1 year managing nutrition services in an NGO.
- Key Duty: Coordinate CMAM and IYCF activities, supervise therapeutic feeding programs, and ensure coverage targets are met.
5. Finance Officer
Location: Field Office (Assosa)
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Finance and Accounting. INGO experience is an added value.
- Key Duty: Prepare payment requisitions, manage office cash, conduct reconciliations, and ensure compliance with donor regulations.
- Skills: Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems (Sage/Unit4).
