The current consulting business operations of Ethiopian Construction Design and Supervision Works Corporation (ECDSWCo.) are being transformed and diversified. By building a dynamic business institution that will not only fill the gap in the current construction industry but also eliminate the need for foreign construction companies to dominate government mega-scale projects, the Corporation hopes to play a significant role in the success of the Ethiopian construction industry. This will be achieved by capitalizing on the strengths of the current ECDSWCo. and taking advantage of newly emerging external opportunities that are being prevalent with the shifts in Ethiopian Economic Policy.
Position 1: Junior Site Engineer
(For Jr Planning, Jr Quality Assurance Quality control, Jr Procurement Engineer, Data Capturer, Jr Risk Engineer, Jr QS, Jr cost control, Jr Electrical Engineer)

Educational Qualification
- Bsc in Civil Engineering or related field of study
Employment History
- recent grads with no prior work experience
- Talented individuals with the necessary potential and attitude must be driven to work on-site.
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willing to adapt and grow.

Position 2: Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or CoTM.
- Minimum 3 Year or above experience in building structure and finishing works.
- Construction company experience as site engineer is an added advantage.
Essential abilities and leadership qualities needed.
- Ability to work under pressure and fulfill deadlines, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

- proficiency in Amharic and English
- Possessing the capacity to lead, influence, and cooperate with others.
