Position 1: Senior Customer Service Officer Cash I 

Job Summary

  • The department’s entrance workplace customer service assistance will be given by the Senior Customer Service Officer Cash/Accounts. In addition to handling all buyer requests on the branch, s/he will handle money and non-cash transactions, account administration, and buyer inquiries.

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in a enterprise associated discipline e.g. Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or some other equal fields

Experience

  • At least 4 (4) years of banking experience

Position 2: Customer Service Manager Grade I

Job Summary

  • In order to ensure operational excellence and deliver exemplary providers for the highest levels of customer satisfaction while advancing the Bank, the Customer Service Manager will work with the Branch Manager to coordinate all activities of the Customer Service Officers (Maker/Checkers) and Senior Customer Service Officers (Cash/Accounts) within the Branch.

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in a business related field e.g. accounting, management, economics, business administration

Experience

  • Minimum of Six (6) years banking expertise

Position 3: Branch Manager I

Job Summary

  • The banking operations of a branch workplace will be organised, set up, led, and managed by the Branch Manager. He or she will ensure that all staff members follow the nation’s laws, regulations, and the Bank’s working processes, standards, and code of practices. He or she might even oversee the department’s attempts to boost business and increase gross revenue.
  • Even the customer service activities and department operational excellence may be guided by the Branch Manager. He or she will draft and submit the yearly budget, work schedule, and progress reports. The employee may even take part in a variety of community events and maintain close ties with the business community in order to promote businesses that the Bank supplies.

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in a business related field e.g. accounting, management, economics, business administration

Experience

  • Minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience out of which One (1) year in supervisory post.
