Detailed Job Requirements
1. Junior Secretary
- Education: Diploma or equivalent graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Role: Provide effective secretarial and office administration services.
- Location: City Branches.
2 – 4. Branch Manager (III & IV)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience:
- For Grade IV: Min. 3 years (1 year as Manager-II).
- For Grade III: Min. 4 years (1 year as Manager-IV).
- Role: Ensure overall banking operations adhere to policies and guidelines.
5. Senior Electrical Engineer
- Education: BSc in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Min. 4 years (1 year as Electrical Engineer-I).
- Role: Supervise electrical work, interpret specifications, and ensure safety standards.
- Location: Head Office.
6 & 7. Manager (Treasury & Trading)
- Education: MA or BA in Economics, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 6-8 Years in Banking / Global Market Sales / Trading.
- Key Skills: Forex, Fixed Income, Money Markets, Treasury Bills, and Risk Management.
- Location: Head Office.
