Addis International Bank Job Vacancy 2024
The term “Addis” in the name of Addis International Bank S.C. (AdIB) has two meanings: it refers to fresh concepts and inventions as well as the name of the Ethiopian capital, where the bank was established to carry out its important function. However, via branches that will ultimately emerge in the near future, prospective clients from all across the nation will be introduced to the fresh vision and cutting-edge concepts and methods that were first brewed in Addis.
Diverse shareholder groups, cooperatives, Iddirs, Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs), other corporate organizations, and private people founded AdIB. Cooperatives and their members are the Bank’s principal stockholders.
The primary businesses of the cooperatives include manufacturing, services, exporting, and financial services. Most of the biggest stockholders are people with low and moderate incomes. The “Unbanked” residents’ financial needs are also met by the Micro Finance Institutions.
AdIB strives to be a bank that is inclusive and meets the financial demands of the nation’s various income levels. It intends to use cooperatives and microfinance institutions to break into the sizable market that is home to individuals with low and moderate incomes. By creating additional branches in market hubs both inside and outside of Addis, AdIB will increase the scope of its operations.
