1st Position: Customer Service Officer

Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field of study is required.

1 (one) year of relevant experience in a bank or 2 years at a microfinance institution is required.

Competencies Needed:

• Understands the fundamental mechanisms underlying general financial products and services.

• Thorough understanding of the bank’s accounting and procedures.

• The ability to respond to basic client inquiries and instructions, as well as advise and resolve most issues and requests.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office, as well as a solid understanding of the core banking system

Customer Service Officer II (position 2)

 

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, such as accounting, management, economics, or business administration is required.

2 (two) years of relevant experience in a bank is required.

Job Objective:

• Is in charge of making/checking front office customer service support at the branch.

• Handle/check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions, and customer inquiries

• Handles all customer requests and cash and non-cash transactions at the branch.

Senior Customer Service Officer (position 3)

 

Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field of study is required.

Experience 5 (five) years of relevant experience in a bank is required.

Senior Customer Service Representative:

• At the Branch, provides front-office customer service support.

• Deals with account management transactions

• Attend to customer inquiries

• Handles all customer requests and cash and non-cash transactions at the branch.
