Professional and Academic Background

• A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, such as information technology, marketing management, accounting, management, economics, or business administration.


Experience: • No more than 25 years of age (for external applicants) • Zero (0) years of experience

Making front office customer service support at the branch is the responsibility of the Customer Service Officer (Maker). In addition to responding to customer inquiries, managing cash and non-cash transactions, and managing all customer requests at the branch, s/he will oversee account maintenance, payment and collection activities.

Professional and Academic Background

• A bachelor’s degree in management, banking, finance, business administration, or a similar discipline.

• Instruction in banking operations, including courses on international, domestic, credit, and IFB banking operations.


• At least four (4) years of successful experience in a customer-facing position or banking

With the help of excellent relationship management for both new and current clients at the designated branch, the Branch Relationship Officer will be in charge of attaining business growth for Retail, MSME, and IFB Banking. Maintaining customer satisfaction will be necessary to keep both current and new customers, which will lead to the creation of new business through cross-selling opportunities.

Professional and Academic Background

• Experience in an accounting, management, economics, or business administration-related field at the bachelor’s degree level

• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience, with one (1) year spent in a supervisory role.

A branch office’s banking operations will be planned, coordinated, led, and overseen by the branch manager. He or she will make sure that all employees follow the country’s legal requirements, regulator orders, and the Bank’s operating procedures, rules, and code of practices. Additionally, s/he will oversee the branch’s business development and sales initiatives.

In addition, the branch manager will oversee operational excellence within the branch and spearhead customer service initiatives. Annual budgets, work plans, and activity and progress reports will be prepared and submitted by him or her. Along with actively promoting the Bank’s services, the jobholder will stay in close contact with the business community and take part in a variety of community events.
