Job Description
• The Performance Management Specialist is in charge of carrying out all activities related to measuring employee performance, as well as providing feedback and handling corrective actions aimed at improving individual or team performance. Furthermore, the role holder is responsible for conducting research/studies that contribute to the Bank’s performance management policies and procedures.
Job Prerequisites
Academic and professional credentials
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification(s) in Human Resources is preferred.
Experience
• Six (6) years of relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role is required.
Technical Competency Required
• Technical knowledge of Human Resources and/or Business Administration.
• Knowledge and understanding of Ethiopian labour and employment law.
• Understanding of best and most recent HR practises and approaches.
• Understanding and application of key performance management instruments and tools.
• Capability to facilitate performance management cycle and process trainings
