First position: Customer Service Representative
A bachelor’s degree in management, accounting, economics, or a related discipline is required.
Experience: Two (2) years of experience working in banking. Understanding IFB will be helpful.
Essential Number: 15
Duty Station: Adaba, Tepi, Jigjiga, Badessa, and Haramaya
Position 2: Chief Customer Service Representative
A bachelor’s degree in management, accounting, economics, or a related discipline is required.
Experience: Three (3) years of experience working in banking. Understanding IFB will be helpful.
Essential Number: 6
Duty Station: Badessa, Tepi, Adaba, Addis AbabaJigjiga & Haramaya
Post 3: Supervisor of Branch Operations
A bachelor’s degree in management, accounting, economics, or a related discipline is required.
Experience: Four (4) years of experience working in banking. Understanding IFB will be helpful.
Essential Number: 8
Addis Ababa, Adama, Adaba, Tepi, Badessa, Haramaya Jigjiga, Hawassa & Bale Robe are the duty stations.
Role 4: Branch Manager
A bachelor’s degree in economics, management, accounting, or a related discipline is required.
Experience: Six (6) years of experience in banking operations, of which two (2) years must be spent in supervisory roles. Understanding IFB will be helpful.
Essential. No: 5.
Duty Station: Adaba, Tepi, Badessa, and Haramaya in Addis Ababa
