Tsedey Bank is seeking capable and qualified candidates for the following roles:

One of the microfinances that evolved into a bank in recent years is Tsedey Bank. The Amhara Credit and Savings Institution was its previous name. Under the Microfinance Act of 1989, Amhara Credit and Savings Institution became Ethiopia’s first financial institution. It has since been granted a license by the National Bank of Ethiopia.

The pay will be in accordance with the benefit package and salary scale of the bank.

Position 1: Junior Trade Service Officer

Minimum Educational Qualification: a bachelor’s degree in management, accounting, economics, business administration, or a similar discipline.

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: One year of relevant work experience.

Location /workplace: Head Office

Position 2: Audiovisual

Minimum Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s or diploma in graphic design, camera editing, audio visual services, and related Fiels.

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 3 years/ 5 years

Location /workplace: Head Office

Position 3: Loan Workout & Portfolio Management Officer II

Minimum Educational Qualification: a bachelor’s degree in management, Accounting Business Administration or related fields.

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 4 Years of relevant work experience. Out of which 1 year as officer I and equivalent relevant position.

Position 4: IFB Operations Officer II

Minimum Educational Qualification: a bachelor’s degree in business administration, corporate finance, banking and finance, accounting, finance, or a related discipline.

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 4 Years of relevant work experience. Out of which 1 year as officer I and equivalent relevant position.

Location /workplace: Head Office

Position 5: Remittance & Forex Officer I

Minimum Educational Qualification: a bachelor’s degree in corporate finance, international business & investment, accounting & finance, management, economics, or a related discipline.

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience

Position 6: Senior IFB Investment Financing Officer

Minimum Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, corporate finance, banking and finance, accounting, finance, or related fields

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, out of which 1 year in officer II & equivalent related position.

Position 7: SENIOR IFB CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Educational Qualification: a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, management, or a similar discipline.

Experience: 5 years of related experience, out of which 1 year in officer II & equal related place.

Location /workplace: Head Office

Position 8: SENIOR IFB OPERATION OFFICER

Educational Qualification: a bachelor’s degree in business administration, corporate finance, banking and finance, accounting, finance, or related fields.

Experience: 5 years of related expertise, out of which 1 year in officer II & equal associated place.

Position 9: SENIOR CREDIT ANALYSIS & APPRAISAL OFFICER

Educational Qualification: a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, management, or related subjects.

Experience: 5 years of related expertise, out of which 1 year in officer II & equivalent associated place.

Position 10: SENIOR KYC OFFICER

Educational Qualification: a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, management, or a similar discipline.

Experience: 5 years of related expertise, out of which 1 year in officer II & equal associated place.

Position 11: SENIOR LOAN WORKOUT & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Educational Qualification: a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, management, or related subjects.

Experience: 5 years of related experience, out of which 1 year in officer II & equal associated place.

Position 12: SENIOR CREDIT RELATIONSHIP MGMT OFFICER

Educational Qualification: a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, management, or a similar discipline.

Experience: 5 years of relevant expertise, out of which 1 year in officer II & equal associated place.

Position 13: MANAGER, IFB CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT DIVISION

Educational Qualification: A master’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, accounting, or a closely related discipline.

Experience: 7/9 years of related IFB experience (ideally in resource mobilization) of which 2/Three in principle/senior officer place
