Position 1 Branch Cashier I
Education: First Degree in Management, Banking, and Accounting
Experience: two years of comparable banking work
Proficiency:
- strong understanding of the concepts and procedures of accounting and financial management
- strong familiarity with the Banks’ financial management policies and practices
- the capacity to manage and oversee subordinates;
- strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
Location of Employment: Dessie (1) Jinka (1)
Customer service representative in position two
Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, management, accounting, or a similar discipline
Work Experience: One year of graduate trainee experience
Proficiency:
- familiarity with the values and procedures of banking
- understanding of bank cash management procedures
- strong familiarity with the Bank’s cash management policies and practices
- Quantity Needed: 5
Workplaces: Yirgachfe (2), Jinka (3)
Role 3: Intermediate Branch Accountant
Education: Bachelor’s degree in management, banking, accounting, or a similar discipline.
Experience: two years of comparable banking work
Proficiency:
- strong understanding of the concepts and procedures of accounting and financial management
- strong familiarity with the Banks’ financial management policies and practices
- the capacity to manage and oversee subordinates;
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Workplace: Jinka(1), Halaba(1), Dessie(1)
Role 4: Chief Branch Auditor
Education: First Degree in Management, Banking, and Accounting
Experience: two years of comparable banking work
Proficiency:
- extensive familiarity with banking procedures
- extensive familiarity with financial management and banking practices on a national and international level
- Capacity to collaborate with high-level executives
- outstanding interpersonal and analytical abilities
- Number Required: 2 (two)
Workplaces: Adama (1), Addis Ababa (1)
Branch Manager I, position number five
Education: Bachelor’s degree in management, banking, accounting, or a similar discipline.
Experience: Six years of branch-level banking experience, four of those years spent in supervisory roles.
Proficiency:
- extensive familiarity with business law, accounting, and financial management
- comprehensive understanding of the Bank’s financial policies and procedures
- the capacity to manage and oversee subordinates;
- interpersonal and communication abilities;
Number Required: 4.
