First Position: Project Officer I Goal:
Within the framework of the assigned education project, the incumbent will support the systems and processes that guarantee the active involvement of host communities and IDP in the project’s design, execution, and management. Additionally, s/he supports the relevant sector office staff, PTSAs, and teachers in matters about the project’s implementation. Additionally, s/he oversees, mentors, and trains Development Facilitators. He or she also manages the project’s daily operations and takes part in its monitoring to make sure that it complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding gender transformative approaches, inclusive education, and child protection.
Requirements: MA/MSc/BA/BSc in Sociology, Development Studies, Education, or Associated Fields
Work Experience: A minimum of two to four years in a relevant role
Proficiency in both written and spoken English; familiarity with standard application software; analytical and interpersonal skills; self-starting nature; and stress tolerance are among the skills, attitudes, and attributes that make up this person.
A strong commitment to gender parity, teamwork, and awareness of protection and safeguarding issues
Possessing an understanding of the local vernacular and context Honesty and responsibility

Position 2: Project Coordinator I Goals:
The position’s goals are to plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and oversee the project’s implementation in close collaboration with the pertinent stakeholders. The incumbent will, among other things, oversee the project’s financial, material, and human resources in compliance with organizational policies and procedures and facilitate project interventions to guarantee the upholding of standards for educational quality. He or she interacts with stakeholders to guarantee the project’s efficient and responsible execution.
Workplace Need
Requirements: MA/MSc or BA/BSc in Sociology, Economics, Development Studies, Education, or a related field.
Work Experience: Four or more years of relevant experience, minimum. Experience directly managing projects in an NGO setting. Capabilities, disposition, and qualities:
